Who we are

At the end of 2008, studying American sites, Lorenzo came across the word CrossFit. It was here that his passion began. The first workouts in traditional gyms, the first "race" in Ambra in 2012. CrossFit evolved quickly and in June 2014, CrossFit Efesto opened in a small 50-square-meter space.
A small space that expanded year after year, despite the "difficulties" of the situation, forming a small community of people who used the garage space to spend quality time training and having fun.
In September 2017, the garage gym moved to Via Ragazzi del '99, into a space of 230 square meters and Efesto 2.0 was born.
We’re still here and that small community has grown quite a lot!
